1974 demolition of the Civic Auditorium (built in 1933), site of high school basketball games and Farrington's 1947 Hawaii Territorial Championship featuring the legendary Clarence Pacarro (now an assistant coach for the Punahou Division II boys basketball team, brother of Coach “P”).
